Unlike the first two albums, I think this is one I have to be in more of a 'mood' to listen to. 'The Heart of the Matter' and 'Good Morning' are great but maybe that is just because I recently had a breakup too so I was feeling where she was coming from but I ended up feeling a little too blue. But 'There's Hope' is upbeat and a good drive to work in the morning song. I think her albums are reflecting/deflecting alot of pain.

Voyage to India seemed to be her attempting self-affirmation after the Grammy losses for Acoustic Soul --'God is Real, The Little Things, etc.' Overall I give it 2 thumbs up but I hope that she is in better spirits with Vol. I'll be praying for her contentment. If she's this good sad, imagine what a happy India will come with.
