Tessitura Services and Support Specialist Provide technical support for the Tessitura application and to each member organization and serve a primary contact with hosting provider. Position assumes role of first responder to all system down issues. • Monitor 3rd Party software required for use with Tessitura application. This includes payment processing software Payment Express, and Help Desk software TrackIt. • Serve as support and point of contact between the Consortium and the Tessitura Network for issues concerning Tessitura integrated products such as TNEW, RAMP, and NSCAN. • Provide additional backup support for Application Systems Analyst and Training and Support Specialist as needed. • Work with other Consortium staff in cultivating and maintaining relationships with member organizations. Includes integration of new member organizations into database/consortium, and participating in annual “check-in” meetings with each organization to address questions, concerns and issues around Tessitura. • The Services and Support Specialist will also attend the annual Tessitura Learning and Community Conference for the purpose of gaining information about new advances with the software and new ideas of practical use that can be shared with other member organizations • Additional duties as may arise through consortium growth and evolution.
